About Us

International Culture Lifelong Education Center is a California state-approved nonprofit organization and a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to promoting cultural understanding through arts, education, and lifelong learning. Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for cultural exchange, community engagement, and educational growth through workshops, exhibitions, volunteer programs, and artistic experiences.

In collaboration with OC Minhwa and community partners, we strive to preserve cultural heritage, support creativity, and inspire people of all ages through inclusive educational programs.
